Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Onsite | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients on an acute rehabilitation unit, including those with CVA, amputations, TBI, orthopedic conditions, and Parkinson's disease
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Lite Gait, MoVeo, NuStep, and bariatric parallel bars to support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the ProDoc electronic health record system
• Manage a patient caseload with a typical ratio of 4:1, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
• Participate in weekend coverage as needed, with the ability to flex time off during the week
• Opportunity to float to the LTACH unit for those interested — not required

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) required
• Active Pennsylvania PT state licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• General acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) experience required
• Note: Pennsylvania is not a compact licensure state — a PA-specific license is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neurological rehabilitation experience (neuro PT)
• Experience treating CVA, TBI, amputations, orthopedic, and Parkinson's patient populations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible personality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic rehab environment
