- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, planners, contractors, laboratories, drillers, attorneys, developers, and regulatory agencies.
- Communicate project status, risks, technical findings, budget considerations, schedule issues, and recommendations clearly to clients, regulators, and internal leadership.

- Promote technical excellence, practical problem-solving, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the team.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, technical development, and staff retention efforts for the Brooklyn environmental practice.
- Help identify technical service-line growth opportunities, staffing needs, training needs, and strategic investments to strengthen LaBella’s NYC remediation and environmental engineering capabilities.
- Contribute to the continued growth of LaBella’s NYC environmental practice through strong technical leadership, client service, project delivery, and business development.
