District Controller - Pompano Beach, FL Location: Pompano Beach, FL We are seeking an experienced District Controller to oversee financial operations for multiple divisions in Pompano Beach, FL. This key leadership role partners closely with the CFO to manage financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Oversee financial operations across multiple divisions/locations Lead preparation and review of financial statements and operating reports Manage annual audit process and relationships with auditors Ensure compliance with DOL, IRS, 401(k), medical, and other regulatory requirements Support ERP system deployment and ongoing operations Deliver monthly reporting packages to senior leadership Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide analysis to improve performance Optimize cash flow, working capital, and other financial processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred 5-10+ years of Controller experience, including managing multiple locations Strong cost accounting and inventory management skills Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills Experience with standard costing and percentage of completion (POC) revenue recognition Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment Occasional travel may be required This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make an impact across multiple divisions while partnering with executive leadership in a collaborative environment.
