What You’ll Do As an Investment Analyst at Camber, you’ll be a core member of the team from day one — contributing across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support. This is a high‑impact, entrepreneurial role designed for someone who’s hungry to learn, build, and go deep on software investing. Key responsibilities include: Drive founder sourcing: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with high‑potential software founders across vertical and horizontal SaaS markets. Develop investment theses: Conduct deep market research and collaborate with the team to refine perspectives on emerging categories and trends. Build and manage pipeline: Leverage data, targeted campaigns, events, and our CRM to maintain a high‑quality founder pipeline and surface top opportunities. Support deal execution: Contribute to diligence, customer and market analysis, and preparation of investment committee materials. Support portfolio value creation: Work with our internal operators to help scale go‑to‑market, hiring, and operational playbooks across portfolio companies.
