Phlebotomist w/Testing

Phlebotomist w/Testing - PAML Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm; Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Qualified to perform moderate complexity testing as defined by CLIA Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English Additional Job Standards Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
