As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilitySpearheads the area product for shared services within the Global Banking Platform, driving successful delivery of the area product groupCollaborates strategically with vendor partners to shape the product maturity roadmap, aligning it with the needs of tenants such as Deposits, Lending, and RewardsTransforms the maturity vision of the platform into actionable requirements, partnering closely with product owners and engineering teams from solution design through implementationServes as a functional and technical subject matter expert on platform capabilities, working alongside various teams to develop and launch cutting-edge featuresDevelops the roadmap and prioritizes the backlog for the area product groupAdvises on business priorities and provides guidance to partners on options and risks associated with different solutionsActs as a representative for stakeholders, being available to scrum teams to clarify requirements and make decisionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management10+ years experience working in engineering, technology, innovation, business strategy, analytics, new product developmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree, in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relatedProficiency in Agile methodology and experience using JIRA for product planning and sprintsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledgeAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts; Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification ,expertise in microservice architecture and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes).
