We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the services
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues and concerns
- Document and update patient records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
- Informs patients of balances and insurance requirements, strive for 100% collections of copays and patient payments.
- Schedules and Reschedules Patient Appointments
- Scans documents into EHR
- Completes Check in and Check out Procedures for Patients
- Enforces DTC office policies
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
