With a strong pipeline of work and a deeply rooted presence in the NYC market, this firm offers the chance to own your projects from precon to closeout while growing your career in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors: Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-outs on time, on budget, and built to the highest standard. Build and manage project schedules using MS Project; anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions. Oversee subcontractor scope reviews, contract execution, and day-to-day coordination. Manage all documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and Procore logs. Ensure full site compliance with safety protocols and local regulations. Communicate directly with ownership, architects, and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates. Troubleshoot issues on-site, maintain progress tracking, and deliver exceptional closeouts. A successful Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience managing NYC commercial interiors projects. Proficiency in MS Project and Procore (required). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Deep understanding of NYC building codes, permitting, and compliance.
