Marketing, Web & IT Coordinator – Addison, TX

ASAP Personnel is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and versatile Marketing, Web & IT Coordinator to join our team at our Addison, TX office. If you enjoy building a brand online, keeping a website fresh, and solving everyday tech problems, and you like wearing more than one hat, we'd love to hear from you.

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20.00+ per hour

Responsibilities

Marketing & Website

• Maintain and update the company website, including job postings, service pages, blog content, and landing pages.
• Create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others) to promote open positions and the ASAP brand.
• Design graphics, flyers, email campaigns, and recruiting materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Post and manage job ads on job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and others) to support recruiting teams.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, and online reviews, and suggest improvements.
• Track and report on marketing results such as traffic, engagement, applicant flow, and lead generation.
• Keep branding and messaging consistent across all platforms and branch locations.

Entry-Level IT Support

• Provide first-line help desk support to staff for computers, printers, phones, and software.
• Set up new-hire workstations, user accounts, email, and system access. Remove access when employees leave.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues, and escalate complex problems to outside IT vendors when needed.
• Help manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and shared drives.
• Keep track of company hardware, software licenses, and IT inventory.
• Help with system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, digital media, web management, or a related role required.
• Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar); basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and graphic design tools.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the patience to walk non-technical users through solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, though not required.
• Experience in the staffing industry or with Avionte or similar ATS platforms is a plus.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar) are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Houston/DFW area is a plus.
