What You'll Earn $800 weekly base salary. $300 per KW commission. $50 per KW leadership override. $50 per KW vesting opportunity. $500 monthly vehicle stipend. Additional performance bonuses. On-Target Earnings: $160,000+ annually. Top performers consistently earn $2,500-$4,000+ per week.. What You'll Do Generate and develop your own sales opportunities. Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners. Present customized solar solutions and financing options. Build trust and educate customers throughout the sales process. Overcome objections and guide homeowners toward a confident decision. Manage follow-up activity and maintain a healthy pipeline. Close deals and drive revenue growth. What We're Looking For 1+ year of solar sales experience preferred. Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners daily. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Comfortable with field sales and lead generation.
