Location: 400 NE 7th St Fulda, MN 56131./ph3Physical Therapist Responsibilities:/h3ulliAssess Diagnose: Evaluate patients physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans./liliDevelop Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient./liliProvide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed./liliEducate Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety.
