You’ll be responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish. Manage service technicians, coordinate projects, and monitor progress from start to finish. Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. Motivate and develop team members to achieve goals and improve performance.
