Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist Cart Attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with their purchases, and make carts available. You assist members in loading their vehicles and create a great experience. You will be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. Responsibilities Help members with their purchases and keep the parking lot well‑kept. Assist members in loading vehicles and manage cart availability. Stand for long periods and maintain a positive attitude while greeting members. Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area. Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and follow facility safety procedures. Provide member service, process payments, and promote company products and services. Collate and resolve member issues and concerns, and maintain cart retrieval equipment. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to meet priorities and deadlines. What You’ll Do (Additional Details) Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and members are notified of any delays. Pack products properly, dispense items upon member arrival, and promote products. Assist with transporting items and maintain parking lot cleanliness. Follow policies for handling merchandise and correct unsafe conditions. Uphold company ethics and use the Open Door Policy.
