Site Care Partner

To support investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle, the full-time remote Site Care Partner I will manage site start-up activities, build relationships with investigators, and ensure quality and patient safety at the sites. Key responsibilities Oversee site start-up activities and site activation processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed Build and maintain relationships with investigator sites, providing ongoing support and resolving issues throughout the study lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize communication and enhance visibility of site-level activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 5 years) Demonstrated experience in site management, including start-up and close-out activities Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements Proficiency in local language preferred; English is required Ability to manage required travel within the United States
