Neuro Step-Down Registered Nurse

Join BJC HealthCare’s Neuro Step Down unit in St. Louis, providing complex, intermediate-level care to patients with neurological conditions, post-surgical needs, and stroke. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, perform frequent neuro assessments, manage drips and telemetry, respond to status changes, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that prioritizes learning, support, and professional growth.
