- Design and run mystery shopper checklists
- Measure wait times, guest flow, and signage clarity - evaluate layouts
- Collect guest feedback; track top issues and wins
- Support community outreach to schools, youth orgs, and partners
- Work on various projects to improve the guest experience
- Desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business
- Willing to challenge existing ideas and methods
- Creative problem solver
- Friendly communicator who likes working with people!
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Understanding of project management and execution
- Enjoys research and observation
