An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. This role requires leadership and hands-on management to ensure efficient pharmacy services and staffing support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inpatient pharmacy operations
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet department needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy team members

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacy license
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy environment
• Past management or leadership experience in pharmacy is highly valued, although not mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage staffing demands efficiently
