Job Opportunity at Atrium Centers

Atrium Centers is offering a $7,500 sign on bonus for full time employees working the 1st shift on 12-hour shifts, working 3 days a week. In addition to the sign on bonus, you will receive hourly pay plus $3.40/hour HERO pay. The facility is a 39-bed facility which allows for lower patient ratios for more meaningful resident care.

What You'll Do

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset
• A passion for improving the lives of residents
