Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities Operate restaurants day-to-day. Assist the General Manager to ensure smooth shift operations. Help with local store marketing to meet sales and profit goals. Support team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
