Marketer / Hospital Liaison Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing Full-Time Join Our Growing Team! Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and relationship-focused Marketer/Hospital Liaison to join our team. This key role is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive admissions and enhance our presence in the healthcare community. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community organizations. Increase census through effective marketing and business development strategies. Conduct daily visits to referral sources and represent the facility in a professional manner. Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate referrals and admissions. Educate referral partners about the facility's services, programs, and clinical capabilities. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve census and occupancy goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital setting strongly preferred. Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus. Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and meet admissions and census goals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
