Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Painter at our Plant 1 and Plant 3 locations. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team. Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30am-2:30pm or 4:45AM-2:45PM

THE DAY TO DAY...

Safe operation of machines and tools Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment Paint parts in accordance to the specifications Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location Operates equipment needed to perform the job Strict adherence to standard work Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to communicate

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day Must be able to use hands to position parts in place Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment Ability to work as part of a team Desire for personal development and growth Must complete respirator questionnaire Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
