Be the first face our future residents meet. You will give tours, help people through the application, welcome new residents and look after the ones we already have. If you enjoy people, stay organized and like helping someone find a place to call home, we would like to meet you. What you will do Answer calls, emails and texts from prospects quickly and set tours Greet visitors and give tours of available homes and amenities Walk applicants through the application and screening process Prepare leases, renewals and move in paperwork accurately in ResMan Follow up with every prospect and work to meet leasing and occupancy goals Welcome new residents and make sure move in goes smoothly Answer resident questions and pass along maintenance requests Help plan resident events and share the community online Keep the office, model and tour path clean and ready to show Keep an eye on nearby communities so you know our market What we are looking for Experience in leasing, sales or customer service preferred but not required Friendly and professional in person, on the phone and in writing Organized and able to juggle several things at once Comfortable with computers and willing to learn ResMan Able to work some evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule Part time or full time. Regular office hours with some evenings and weekends. Pay Competitive hourly pay.
