Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP IS-U implementations within the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs, driving end-to-end delivery, collaborating with executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution across multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs involving SAP IS-U and Utility Billing solutions.
• Own the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage complex programs exceeding USD 10 million, coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with customer PMO teams to establish program governance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architecture teams to define solution strategies and ensure successful execution.
• Drive program planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and change control.
• Monitor program progress, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring timely execution and proactive mitigation of risks.
• Lead executive governance meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and customer executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resources have the necessary support to achieve program objectives.
• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners to ensure contractual commitments and service expectations are met.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational governance processes.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective communication across business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management leading large enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing SAP IS-U implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong domain expertise in the Utilities industry, particularly Utility Billing.
• Demonstrated experience managing large programs valued at USD 10 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and PMO practices.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical leadership.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP Utilities solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or utility transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
