Diesel Truck Technician

We are actively seeking a Diesel Truck Technician to join a dynamic team in Martin County, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, as well as professional work environment that fosters professional development.Qualifications:3+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Truck diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.Preference for those with 5+ yearsValid Driver’s license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference).Experience in diagnostics.Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.Compensation:$30.00 - $40.00/hour, dependent on previous experience.Incentives of up to $600 per month based on performance.Paid time off.Comprehensive Health Plan.Career advancement opportunities.Uniform Services provided.Much More.Shift:Day Shift Monday – Friday - Occasional SaturdaysOpportunities for overtime paid after 40 hours.The successful mechanic will be subject to pre-employment drug screening.
