This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients within a structured clinical environment in New York. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant and registered nurses to assist with daily clinical operations.

Orange County, New York, situated in the Hudson Valley, offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of attractions and outdoor activities suited to varied interests. The area features destinations such as the United States Military Academy at West Point, Storm King Art Center, LEGOLAND New York Resort, and Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Clinicians will also find scenic hiking trails, charming small towns, local wineries, and outdoor recreation options throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population (ages 18 and older) at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in New York, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, totaling 35 hours for the week of August 10 - 14. The expected caseload is 15-20 patients per day, and clinicians must be prepared to contribute from day one given the short assignment duration. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the adult patient population. Board certification, an active New York nurse practitioner license, a DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
