About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our hiring process. You’ll own interview scheduling and logistics, ensure a smooth and delightful candidate experience, and support our recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well‑communicated experience Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS Support offer logistics and background check processes Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related operations role Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Ashby Compensation We believe in transparent pay practices. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Final salary depends on experience, relevant skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
