Overview
In this role, you will utilize your technical skills to repair, and restore a variety of vehicles, ensuring top-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about automotive repair, auto restoration, and craftsmanship to showcase their talents in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Skills
- Proven experience or automotive repair background with a strong understanding of auto body processes.
- Certification in MIG welding/Aluminum GMA, sheet metal fabrication, and auto restoration techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and automotive repair.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Familiarity with basic mechanic experience is a plus for comprehensive vehicle assessments.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced tools and techniques.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to secure sheet metal and repair vehicle frames.
- Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle to ensure quality control and accountability.
This position is for a auto body technician. You will need proven experience repairing vehicles.
