The Staff Pad
The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity in Marion, Illinois. This role offers premium compensation and flexible scheduling within a high-volume, well-supported Emergency Department. Physicians will work in a collaborative, resource-rich environment with integrated EPIC EMR and strong subspecialty support. Practice Info High-volume Emergency Department with approximately 55 patients per day and 11 daily admissions. Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians supported by 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Staffing model includes 1 physician 1 APP for day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) and 1 nocturnist physician 1 APP for night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM). Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network. Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions. Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers with strong subspecialty support across multiple service lines. Compensation $285/hour highly competitive rate Premium hourly compensation for PRN coverage Shift & Schedule Flexible PRN scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM) Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician
