In This Role, You Will Repairing and maintaining the tractor fleet as needed, repairs will be performed in shop, on site at customer’s facility or at our own test facilities. Work with engineering and quality teams to identify failures, help in root cause analysis and assist in implementing mitigation strategies Be able to rotate on call repair support of the night test team and rotate on call weekend support. Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs performed by updating the repair database. Provide clear communication on repair statuses to the engineering, test, quality and management teams. Ideal Candidate Would Have Basic Electrical and Electronic troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills Ability to manage flexible work hours including overtime and weekends as needed Valid driver’s license Ability to travel to customer locations using company work truck Strong communication skills. Both written and oral Ability to perform within a professional/tech environment Welding and fabrication skills are a plus Experience towing trailer What You’ll Get At Monarch Tractor, you’ll play a key role on a capable, dedicated, high-performing, mission-driven team.
