Staff DFT & RTL Architect for AI SoCs

Tesla Motors, Inc. is seeking an ASIC RTL Design Engineer with a focus on DFT for AI accelerators, located in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. You will define and implement RTL for high-performance, power-efficient test structures, and work with Tessent-based DFT flows.
