Staff Accountant

Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with a 4% match after 1 year 7 paid holidays PTO after 1 year Schedule Full‑time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities Support the accounting team with a variety of daily financial and operational tasks, helping ensure processes run efficiently and accurately. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports, assist with account reconciliations and month‑end activities, and manage detailed accounting and operational data. Success requires strong attention to detail, ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems, and a collaborative approach. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounting (on‑the‑job or a combination of on‑the‑job and education) Excel and spreadsheet skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Must pass background check and drug screening test Preferred: Experience with accounting software About the Company Established in 1978, Denny's Electric is a family‑owned company specializing in industrial and commercial electrical contracting.
