What You Will Do

• Own the roadmap and execution for a major area of the company's AI platform.
• Partner directly with customers to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI adoption.
• Drive product discovery through customer conversations, market research, and data analysis.
• Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering and Design teams to bring solutions to market.
• Build platform capabilities that enable customers to configure, monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agents at scale.
• Develop AI-powered experiences that transform customer data into actionable business insights.
• Create enterprise-grade features around analytics, monitoring, experimentation, integrations, versioning, and workflow management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Leadership teams to drive adoption and customer success.
• Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience managing highly technical products, platforms, infrastructure, developer tools, or AI-powered applications.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss APIs, data models, architecture, and technical tradeoffs with engineering teams.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product direction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with limited resources.
• Demonstrated ownership of products from concept through launch and adoption.

Preferred

• Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other highly technical degree.
• Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups from Series A through Series D stages.
• Experience building products related to AI, machine learning, analytics, developer tools, integrations, monitoring, or platform infrastructure.
• Former founder, early startup employee, or one of the first Product Managers at a scaling company.
• Experience working with enterprise software, B2B SaaS, AI agents, conversational AI, or workflow automation products.
• Strong UX and product design instincts.
• Familiarity with LLMs, evaluation systems, AI research workflows, speech technologies, or AI infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $232,000-$290,000.
