Occupational Therapist

Position Overview

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role encompasses assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients’ functional abilities and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' daily living and work skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and home exercises.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
