Objective We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Area Marketing Specialist to support our growing network of partner practices throughout the Chicago area. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate directly with practices to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive patient growth, increase revenue, and strengthen community presence. The Area Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs for assigned practices, with a strong emphasis on in-person relationship building and face-to-face outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering measurable results while following established Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures. Your Responsibilities
- Execute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategy
- Categorize referring practices (A-D) based on referral numbers
- Adhere to budget constraints to ensure growth
- Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI
- Ensure accurate and timely expense submissions to finance
- Track and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics
- Conduct monthly meetings with doctors
- Attend monthly S1P Partner Practice Marketing meetings
- Send weekly email updates to doctors and team members
- Maintain regular touchpoints with the practice leader or RDO
- Support the maintenance of market strategies, including earned, owned, and
- In-person marketing and relationship management experience
- Ability to travel locally and domestically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong project management, event planning, and client stakeholder management
- Budget management and P&L experience
- Advanced skills with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
- Experience in a corporate environment with complex business processes
- Strategic thinking with strong tactical and organizational execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and
