Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Wyomissing, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday). Flexibility for 4 ten-hour days may be available.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at an outpatient center in Wyomissing. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapy sessions for patients, focusing on individualized treatment plans and effective rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Deliver therapy through 30-minute one-on-one sessions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including 60 minutes allocated per day for documentation.
• Manage approximately 14 patients per 8-hour day.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current PA Physical Therapist license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Completion of PA fingerprints.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
