Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a BIM Designer to join our office in Miami, FL. Notable projects include The Purple Line Extensions in Los Angeles, SR 99 Viaduct replacement tunnel in Seattle, MGM Grand and City Center projects in Las Vegas, Third Street Light Rail in San Francisco, Minute Maid Park in Houston, and multiple airport expansions and data center projects. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Revit models and associated documentation, including Revit central models, sheets, views, legends, and schedules. Import and manage Revit families, filters, and linked coordination files, preparing and issuing project drawings, revisions, and final record drawings. Collaborate with project teams to align BIM models with construction requirements, supporting clash detection and resolution using Navisworks. Coordinate layouts for equipment, conduits, cable trays, and electrical elements per NEC standards, providing prefabrication‑ready models and exporting layout files for field use. Apply company BIM standards, templates, and file management protocols, auditing and maintaining project folders to ensure version control and data accuracy. Support field and VDC teams with accurate layout files and coordinated models, using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration and model synchronization. Assist in resolving model issues and updating clash reports. Requirements High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of Revit/BIM experience or 5+ years in electrical construction. Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Ability to use Bluebeam for document review and collaboration. Strong communication and teamwork abilities; attention to detail with effective problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; willingness to work onsite as needed and travel 5‑10%. Experience with healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects preferred.
