This facility is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

•\u0009Schedule: 8a-5p, 2 days per week

•\u0009Practice Setting: Outpatient

•\u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Hematology/Oncology cases

•\u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 Days

•\u0009EMR: Epic

•\u0009Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS)

•\u0009Licensure required: Willing to License
