The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items on gas and flat top grills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role ensures food safety, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and supports smooth kitchen operations without direct customer interaction. Typical shifts last around 5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on gas grills and flat tops
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill area and kitchen
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food preparation and grilling techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
