Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software

Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately

Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries using hospitality reservation systems

Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive client communication

Uphold hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff

Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and incident reports while ensuring confidentiality

Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel setting

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively

Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms

Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
