At Property Protection Consulting, our customers count on us to help protect their homes and businesses. As a Customer Care Specialist , you’ll be at the center of that experience— helping customers, supporting our technicians, and keeping important work moving.

This is a hands-on role in a small, busy team where your organization, initiative, and follow-through have a visible impact. You’ll have a varied day, build knowledge of our security and life-safety services, and work with customers and technicians to solve problems and keep service on track.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers by phone and email, answer questions, and help resolve account or service concerns.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians on daily jobs, timing, parts, and customer needs.
• Prepare job paperwork, equipment, and parts so technicians are ready for upcoming service visits.
• Follow up with customers after service and help them take the next step on open quotes.
• Review system test and failure reports and contact customers when follow-up is needed.
• Assist with invoices, payments, collections, and account questions.
• Keep customer records accurate and help maintain organized inventory and office operations.
• Close completed jobs, confirm billing, and make sure needed follow-up has a clear next step.
• Take ownership of other tasks that help the team serve customers well.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear, professional communication and strong listening skills.
• Confidence handling a busy phone line, making outbound calls, and discussing products and services with customers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
• A self-motivated, dependable approach and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Comfort learning new products and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical requirements

This role involves using a computer , phone , and other office equipment , and sitting or standing at a workstation for extended periods. The essential functions can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.
