You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Digital Product Analyst serves a critical role in supporting the product management team and holds subject matter expertise for their designated product(s), experience(s) or application(s) in which they support. This role will work simultaneously and effectively with product management, product owners, technology and business partners and should have a thorough understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to assist the team or other teams in filling resource, knowledge or documentation gaps.Primary ResponsibilitiesValidates documented functionality against system performance to identify and categorize bug-remediation and enhancement work for Agile teamsPerforms complex analysis and works closely with the team to identify core product, application or system issues to map out possible solutionsCreates and updates system documentation (including process flows, product feature details and user guides) and monitors and updates workflows as requiredGathers, organizes, and interprets data to help optimize product performance, drive user satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business goalsCollects and documents detailed business requirements and translates them into features or user stories necessary to meet the expected business needsPrepares functional, system and program requirements for Digital value streams for ongoing projects and releasesPerforms User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for scheduled initiatives, bug remediation, enhancements and releasesEvaluates reported system defects and manages the flow and prioritization of related work based on impact, customer need and Product Management prioritizationPerforms analysis as needed for Objectives and Key Results (OKR)/goal measurementPlays a key role within product teams in all phases of the development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation follow-upSupports product owner in day-to-day tasks, particularly around sprint managementProvides with material collation and analysis in preparation for product demos, quarterly business reviews, and other report-outs for the value streamIdentifies, takes ownership, and volunteers for tasks that will enable the team’s successActs as coach and mentor to associates with less experienceThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.Requirements Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years in application support, business analysis or other related experienceOR High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years in application support, business analysis or other related experienceBanking or financial services industry experienceExperience with Agile, Scrum and/or KanbanMay require on call support rotation after hours and/or weekendsPreferencesSAFe Practitioner (SP) CertificationSkills and CompetenciesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAdvanced ability to research, analyze data, and derive factsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment when applicableDemonstrated Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong project management skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationThis position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future.
