Operations Manager | Walker, MI Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Implement and monitor production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow. Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Analyze operational performance data and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency and meet KPIs. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams. Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control systems. Experience with P&L responsibility, budget management, and driving cost efficiencies.
