Physical Therapist

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized plans of care designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Accurately complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as clinic policies.

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Georgia Physical Therapy license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Manual therapy training or certification.
• Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
