Family Solicitor or Legal Executive

Overview Eventus Legal are seeking a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with experience to join a highly regarded Family Law team. This is a permanent job based in Hartlepool, County Durham. Role responsibilities The incoming Family Solicitor or Legal Executive will advise clients on both publicly and privately funded family matters across the whole issues such as divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and Civil Partnership dissolutions. Knowledge of care proceedings work and advocacy would be advantageous but not essential. Person specification Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives, ideally with at least 1 years’ PQE, although applications outside this range will be considered if you can demonstrate the skills. You will be experienced in Family law and will be able to run own caseload from start to finish. This North East law firm is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with excellent client care skills. The incoming qualified legal professional will be pro-active, self-motivated, flexible and demonstrate an excellent attention to detail. Further requirements are as follows: Good verbal and written communication skills together with an organised and methodical approach to working with excellent attention to detail. A polite, cheerful attitude, particularly when meeting clients. A committed and self-motivated individual who can work as part of a friendly team. Good knowledge and use of IT systems.
