Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python/ETL Developer with strong expertise in Python-based data processing, ETL/ELT development, SQL, and data management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets and developing robust data pipelines, preferably within the Finance domain.

The candidate will work closely with end users and the technical team to understand business requirements, analyze data and processes, troubleshoot applications, and provide quality production support.

Some Power BI experience is required.

Required

• 8+ years of experience in Python ETL development.
• 8+ years of experience working with data management systems , with a strong focus on Python-based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and data processing .
• Proven experience working with large datasets using Python .
• Strong experience with Python data-processing libraries.
• Strong SQL development and data-management experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes .
• Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into cloud platforms.
• Experience with reference data management systems .
• Working knowledge of Power BI reporting .
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and end users.
• Experience providing quality production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dremio is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in the Finance/data management domain.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
