CNC Set Up Technician
We are seeking skilled CNC Set Up Technicians who excel in performing changeovers, loading machines, monitoring multiple machines simultaneously, and producing high-quality parts.
Responsibilities
- Perform changeovers and load CNC machines efficiently.
- Monitor 3-4 machines at a time to ensure smooth operation.
- Produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Design and machine parts using manual, lathe, or CNC equipment.
- Program machines directly using G&M code.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in CNC lathe and machining.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with mill operations and custom work with 1-3 part orders.
- Strong programming skills at the machine using G&M code.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with CNC machine operations.
