This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your advanced financial skills into a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our financial planning and decision-making processes, using your expertise to guide our strategic direction and fuel our growth. Responsibilities: Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support decision-making across the organization. Leverage your advanced Excel skills to create complex formulas and sophisticated financial models. Use data mining techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. Prepare monthly financial reports, ad hoc reports, and long-range financial forecasts. Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Utilize PowerBI to create insightful dashboards and visualizations. Manage our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent. Proficiency in advanced Excel, including complex formulas and Excel modeling. Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with general ledger management. Proven experience in preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Familiarity with ERP systems. Experience in data mining and financial analysis. Ability to create long-range financial forecasts. Experience in monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis. Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
