Automotive Service Manager

You are highly organized, excellent communicator, deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers. Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals. Must have at least 10 years of relatable experience managing a high volume shop or multiple shops. Shop Morale. Greet clients and maintain showroom. Schedule appointments. Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc. Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of. Receiving/ordering/posting parts. Review digital inspections. Requirements Automotive Experience. Detail oriented. Valid drivers license. Sales Experience. Organized. Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus. Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Manage client experience from beginning to end.
