About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for its new logistics department, which is at the forefront of launching innovative initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a high-impact, high-growth environment, with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives in the logistics domain, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Head of Commercial role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in an elite team, collaborating directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
