Maintain knowledge of store policies and product availability. Keep the work area stocked, clean, and safe. Manage time efficiently during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Qualifications Friendly and customer‑service oriented, greeting customers with a smile. Ability to help customers find products and provide information. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift up to 25‑30 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions if required.
